It is with uncertainty that we move into 2021 and the post-covid era of doing business, of re-inventing our business mastery model after being aware for a few years that we desperately needed to disrupt ourselves, disrupt our thinking, our business planning and our service delivery and execution if we want to thrive in the challenges about to face us, our families and work colleagues.

We heard and spoke about our own possible ‘tsunami’ or ‘9/11’. But to no avail. We were not proactive; we didn’t benchmark against the competitors of best practices; we have lost the plot when it comes to service excellence. Our complacency and even at times our arrogance has resulted in ‘covid’ biting us in the butt. So where to from here? Each of us needs to urgently identify, acquire and become professionally competent in the new ‘post-covid’ knowledge and business intelligence, in the innovative survival and technical skills to be more street-wise, and in developing greater authentic leadership attributes essential to thrive and to build our wealth creation strategies and tactics in our chosen industry.

There is a new sense-of-urgency needed to become more client-centric, creating a dynamic post-covid work ethic, and to build and maintain those essential relationships with our best-fit business partners. Our revamped Business Development Programme (BDP) of 8 dynamic modules with 12 on-line workshop days spaced over the year will enable and empower you and your colleagues to discard the outdated knowledge, basic skills and personal  attributes of yesterday.

  • Day 1: Session 1 – 09:00 – 10:30. Session 2 – 11:00 – 12:30.  Session 3 – 13:00 – 14:30
  • Day 2: Session 4 – 09:00 – 10:30. Session 5 – 11:00 – 12:30.   Session 6 – 13:00 – 14:30.

 

Registration process:

  1. Complete and submit the BDP registration form with proof of payment (pop) to gaw@mweb.co.za.
  2. Pop for R500 registration fee and February workshop fee R1 950 = R2 450 total.
  3. Banking details: Nedbank. M.E.Gaw. Acc: 192 437 5125. Ref: Name + BDP 1.
  4. Investment is R1 950 per monthly workshop of 9 hours = R217 per hour.
  5. Certificates provided for CPD points after each workshop.

With many years of consulting, facilitating, training and developing, mentoring and coaching in Corporates and more specifically Real Estate, Malcolm Gaw and Trevor Gaw teamed up to research, design and facilitate activity-based, customized leadership, management & sales development programmes and courses to build capability for personal and business performance and success, ultimately wealth creation.

Trevor’s son, Terence Gaw, has joined us this year after being in the UK for the past 7 years. He has brought new insight into the programme with his social media advertising skills and innovative tracking systems that he has obtained during his time in the UK as the director of a very successful marketing company.
